What's your shipping policy?

For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $200. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. Shipping on oversized items varies by weight and size and are excluded from our free standard shipping. For more details, check out our shipping information page.

If you placed an order that includes a "Pre-Order" item, that item will ship during the five (5) day window specified on the product page.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. All international orders over $300 USD ship free of charge. For additional information, please go to shipping information.


Do you charge sales tax?

Tax is applied to Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.


What is the status of my order?

Domestic orders typically take one day to process. We'll send you an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order once it has shipped. Have additional questions? Email us at


What if I need to change my order?

What's your return & exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they meet our return policy and are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags). Visit to process a return or to Returns & Exchanges to find out more.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Klarna.


Why doesn't my checkout work with multiple discount codes?

You can only use one discount code at a time. We do not allow discount codes to be combined within the same order. If you have multiple codes, choose the ones that offers you the best discount.


What is your Wishlist feature?

Our wishlist feature allows you to save your favorite items in one place. When you return to our site, you'll have them all in one place. Simply click the "heart" in the lower right corner of product images when you hover over them to add it to your wishlist. 

You can share your wishlist anytime with others by clicking on the email icon in the wishlist popup. You don't have to create an account to use our wishlist feature. You do need to create an account however, if  you'd like to view your saved wishlist across multiple devices (ie. your phone and computer)
